Project: Legal due diligence workstream

Type: Day rate contract

Rate: £450/d inside IR35

London: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office

X4 Technology are offering the opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a global retail bank to oversee the legal due-diligence workstream of a lending transformation programme. Partnering with key stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, the successful Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team or nearshore Paralegals who are tasked with reviewing legal contracts for the bank's commercial and residential loan portfolio.

Key responsibilities for the Business Project Manager (Banking):

• Project Management track record within banking
• Business orientation (please note this is not an IT PM role)
• Business Analysis experience is nice to have
• Loans, lending or legal project experience is nice to have
