Intelligence Analyst (Geospatial)

Your role

As a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst in the Air Force, you’ll play an important role collecting imagery and geospatial information in support of exercises, operations, and missions. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to collect, analyse and distribute imagery and terrain intelligence.

Your duties may include:

• Analysing and interpreting imagery intelligence from a variety of sources.


• Preparing imagery reports.


• Maintaining imagery libraries.


• Maintaining intelligence databases.


• Preparation and presentation of briefs, visual aids, and targeting information to assist with flying operations.

Salary

Upon completion of initial military and employment training, you will enjoy a salary package starting from $79,555.

Location

Following training, you may be posted to one of the major Air Force bases around Australia, such as RAAF Base Amberley, Williamtown, or Edinburgh.
