Production Manager

Our client, an FMCG company, in the Free State, has a position for a Production Manager with mechanical know-how and a robust management background. A relevant tertiary qualification in Production, Operations or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Youll direct and lead the production department, applying people management and strategic skills to support the companys growth. You will compile SOPs for the production department, implement continuous improvement initiatives and take responsibility for revamping production processes.
