Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and enhances personalized discovery and customer journeys. Lead the development of innovative solutions that inspire customers to discover new products and personalized recommendations. Utilize data-driven insights and AI/ML technologies to enhance product discovery algorithms and recommendation engines. Enhance personalized customer journeys across all digital platforms and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration and consistency. Optimize customer segmentation strategies and personalization techniques to maximize engagement and satisfaction. Drive product innovation through continuous research, analysis of market trends, and customer insights. Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Engineering, Experience Design, Ecommerce, Marketing and various business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Champion a customer-centric approach in product development, advocating for the best possible user experience. Performance Monitoring and Optimization Define key metrics and analytics to measure product performance and effectiveness of personalized journeys. Continuously monitor user feedback and market dynamics to iterate and improve product features and capabilities. Team Development and Management Build and lead a high-performing global product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to excel and grow in their roles. Stakeholder Management Communicate product strategy, initiatives, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment Basic Requirements 15 years of relevant experience with a bachelors or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience. Including: 15 years in product management, or similar/applicable technology practice area 8 years of experience directly managing teams and providing work direction 5 years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related 5 years of experience with large retailers leading commerce capabilities and experiences Demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver innovative products that enhance personalized customer experiences and drive business results. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
