Senior UI Designer - User Interface & Wordpress

ANSR is today one of the largest drivers of FDI into India with over $1.5B of capital investments. Responsibilities: UI/UX Design Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces using Figma. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs align with user experience best practices. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Maintain design consistency and coherence across various projects. WordPress Development: Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress themes and templates. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Optimize websites for performance and SEO. Collaborate with developers to integrate UI designs with backend functionality. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with creative director, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and clients. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for designing user interfaces. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin integration. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Why work at Talent500?
