Job Description

A phenomenal opportunity has arisen at our globally renowned US Law Firm as they are seeking to hire their first Paralegal to join the newly created Litigation and Arbitration department within the London office. This is an initial 6 month fixed-term contract this will be a pivotal role with a high degree of exposure supporting some of the highest calibre lawyers in town with equally prestigious clients and matters:


  • Salary to £45,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

The Commercial Litigation & International Arbitration Paralegal will assist with research, filings and general administration tasks.

Commercial Litigation & International Arbitration Paralegal Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with strategic and background due diligence on counsel, arbitrators
  • Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices for filings
  • Assist with witness familiarisation
  • Organise and attend arbitration hearings
  • Assist with preparation of costs schedules/submissions
  • Execute filings with arbitration tribunals and parties
  • Attend Court in person where required to effect filings/applications and handle ancillary processes

Commercial Litigation & International Arbitration Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:


  • Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration experience as a Paralegal within a London law firm
  • Bachelor’s degree level in law (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Filesite and iManage
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
