Role Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will manage procurement, stock control, shipping logistics, and provide general office support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and stock using resource management software
  • Procure office and production materials
  • Handle supplier relationships and freight logistics
  • General office admin: visitor reception, meetings, documentation, finance support


Essential Skills:

  • Experience in procurement and logistics
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Friendly, flexible, and confident


Desirable:

  • Experience in an engineering or technical environment
  • Independent, proactive, and accountable
