Management Accountant

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Exeter, who are looking to appoint a Managed Accountant to join the Development Finance team on a nine month fixed term contract.

This will be a full-time position with hybrid working and a salary of £44,100 - £49,000 per annum (FTE).

The ideal candidate will be qualified and have previous experience in a similar role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Running the day-to-day function of the Development Finance Team
• Producing management accounts, statutory accounts and liaising with auditors when necessary
• Completing monthly KPIs and performance reporting
• Producing the annual business plan process

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• CCAB qualified or qualified by experience
• Experienced with multiple complex accounting systems

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
