THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proficient Qualified Motor Technician with a genuine passion for people and premium brand vehicles. Our esteemed client, a leading luxury brand, the crème de le crème, is seeking a dedicated and organized Workshop Foreman to oversee various aspects of workshop operations. Responsibilities include managing labour sales, workshop planning, ensuring proper housekeeping, supervising and training technical staff, handling work in progress, preparing management reports, and resolving escalated technical issues. Most importantly, the role requires ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of the Technicians while driving service sales and profitability. Job Requirements Motor Mechanics Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a franchised motor dealership (premium brand preferred) Supervisory/Foreman experience in a Workshop (Highly advantageous) Excellent people, leadership and supervisory Skills Sales & Financial acumen Good administrative & reporting ability Computer Literate A stable work history Contactable references You will need the following documents when applying; A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.
