Company Highly innovative, design, development and manufacturer producing complex electro-mechanical equipment.

Role: Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role supporting a key R&D project with system design and integration challenges.

As Systems Engineer the role will include all aspects of requirements definition, design certification and validation through to configuration control. This will include supporting the production of documentation, undertaking design and performance analysis. This will also encompass planning, defining and preparing test documentation and providing support to test such as troubleshooting of test issues.

To succeed as contract Systems Engineer, you will be:

• Degree qualified engineer with proven systems engineering experience (mechanical or electrical)
• Have 3D CAD experience
• Proven awareness of system design and integration challenges
• Conversant with good engineering practises including requirements definition, design certification, validation and configuration control
• Prior knowledge and experience in the delivery of a subsystem programme
