Our client is a leading manufacturer are recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst on a temporary basis for a 6 month period. You will be responsible for a select number of suppliers and you will ensure they are capable to meet the organisations demand and overall supply chain strategy.

Our client is a leading manufacturer are recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst on a temporary basis for a 6 month period. You will be responsible for a select number of suppliers and you will ensure they are capable to meet the organisations demand and overall supply chain strategy.
Duties will include:
- Hold suppliers accountable to expectations of SLA
- Analyse forecast and inventory strategies
- Lead key projects that deliver systemic improvements across the Category
- Follow up and confirm that any defect in the supply chain will be resolved
- Analyse Supply Chain data and review supplier scorecards to determine corrective action
- Provide long term supplier capacity analysis
- Communicating and escalating supply issues linked to supplier capability or capacity
- Confirm Risk/Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) are in place
Essential Skills:
- Supply chain knowledge, including forecast, inventory, orders, service levels
- Able to analyse large amounts of information and deliver clear recommendations
- Strong excel skills
- Understanding of ERP systems
- High attention to detail
- Effective communicator both written and verbal
