Job Description

Due to our continued success, we are seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Camborne. Whether you already have property sales experience or looking to get into the sector and have a proven track record in sales and closing the deal this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per year
  • Uncapped commission structure that allows you to earn significant additional income (£27k-40k in first year OTE depending on abilities
  • Full time permanent contract
  • Company pension
  • Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Actively contributing to branch performance and achieving sales targets
  • Managing incoming property enquiries and registering potential buyers
  • Conducting property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in property industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record within previous sales role
  • A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Full UK driving license and own transport
