Commis Chef - Surrey- £24,000 - Work life balance

Commis chef required for a boarding school in Dorking area, Surrey. Working for a leading contract catering company this is a 5/7 day week 52 week year. There is a mix of early and late shifts 7am - 3.30pm or 11.30am to 8pm and you would be required to work around 1 in 3 weekends.

Your main duties will include:
-Assisting in the food preparation process
-Cooking and preparing elements of high -
quality dishes
-Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
-Assisting other Chefs
-Helping with deliveries and restocking
-Assisting with stock rotation
-Cleaning stations
-Contributing to maintaining kitchen and
food safety standards.
