About this team: This role is in Retail Technology Engineering team in the lululemon technology organization. This position is a highly technical role with accountability for product development. We are inclusive and know that we are stronger as a team than as an individual Proven Experience as a Lead Works with product team to understand project requirements Build reusable code and libraries for future use Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Technical documentation Low level design, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team Conduct code reviews and enforce standards Oversee development process compliance and CICD activities Guide/Mentor junior developers and empowering them on ReactJS and related trends Experience and Skillset: Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams Experience working with global team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science engineering/Information Technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience. 10 years of of software engineering experience, including solid understanding of standard data structures and algorithms Expert level knowledge of ReactJS ecosystem Demonstrated experience in web application development for large enterprises Ability to design and architect Enterprise JavaScript applications using React.Js, Next.Js Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux ) Expertise in understanding of web markup (HTML5 and CSS3), JSX and templating technologies Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks Proficient understanding of build tools and code version tools, such as Git Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance Demonstrated understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX Ability to review specifications documents and provide technical inputs on successfully implementing business solutions Good understanding of browser development tools and performance optimization Understanding of Sonar and Code Quality Metrics Ability to work independently on tasks and lead a project to completion Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills Must-haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka does not take themselves too
