Location: Bangalore - Remote About The Role: Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for email support & webchat process in a timely & accurate way. To resolve candidate queries within the assigned TAT. Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service. Coordinate with the team for updates. Qualification Criteria: Excellent email writing /drafting skills. Decent communication skills. Should have 1 year of experience in email support. WHY WORK AT TALENT500 ?
