Experience in JAD sessions with business users, and help formulating technical/business requirements. Tasks and Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders from the Domain, Application owners, Data stewards, Analytics, Legal, Compliance and IT areas to identify scope and understand key requirements Perform complex application implementations using latest techniques and technologies which includes AWS Services, RDBMSs, Postgres, APIs and querying languages etc. Review the existing platform by capturing requirements on areas of improvement while collaborating with the development team in determining the implementation of enhancements Work with DBA and Data Modeler to design and implement changes for application engagements to facilitate the archive and purge of non-compliant data Review, design and prepare applications/system specifications for Information Systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and implementation Ability to interpret, analyze and report on in-depth data analysis Should be open to learning new tools/technologies and adapt based on Project requirements Ability to take ownership on assigned tasks and report progress to senior-level leadership Ability to work as part of a self-organizing team in an highly Agile environment Qualifications: 5 years of healthcare experience solving business problems or needs through the application of data analytics approach. 4 years experience working with various RDBMS which can include DB2, Oracle, SQL Server etc. Ability to build intermediate to complex queries, leveraging common query languages (SQL, HQL etc) Knowledge of AWS Services (Cloud Technology) at a foundational level Experience in testing, debugging and solution designing. Experience with hosting requirement gathering sessions and ability to articulate the same Prior experience on Big Data technologies is a plus Ability to function in a Production Support like environment is a plus
