Zoe Dickson, senior vice president of Human Resources at 3M The Impact You Will Make in this Role: As Treasury Global Capability Centre Leader , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Treasury Global Delivery (Capability) Centre (GDC) ensuring the efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations within the pillars of Banking operations, Banking Infrastructure, Cash Operations, Capital and Funding and Credit. You will work very closely with Global Treasury Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive Treasury excellence, implement best practices and contribute to overall financial success of the organization. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading the Global Delivery (Capability) Centre (GDC) team in a broad end to end Treasury role covering Banking operations, Banking Infrastructure, Cash Operations, Capital and Funding and Credit with exposure to senior management and ability to drive change with meaningful impact. Collaborate closely with other regional Treasury Leads to ensure alignment and delivery of global Treasury operations including identifying areas where GDC capability could expand service offerings. Driving operational excellence and quality service with a process improvement mindset, leveraging Treasury best practices, as well as utilizing market leading metrics and data analytics in respect to teams day to day responsibilities Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, Sox requirements, Reporting requirements, and Internal policies Coach and mentor the team on an ongoing basis, providing development/ learning opportunities to retain key talent Managing and maintaining companys banking infrastructure and relationships, including monitoring service and pricing structures Assisting with preparation and presenting treasury-related reports to senior management Leveraging technology and partnering with Transformation team to enhance Treasury operations and decision-making process Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Advanced education or certification such as CA, MBA in Finance from a premier institution, CTP, CFA, Masters degree in Finance or Economics, or equivalentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: International Treasury operations knowledge including In-House Banking models and liquidity structures, bank account management and analysis of financial market transactions Experience with Treasury Management systems to drive operational efficiencies Leading others to drive performance and contributing on cross-functional teams Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with senior leaders Able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing requirements to meet deadlines and critical needs Travel: May include up to 10% domestic / international Relocation Assistance: Is Authorized Work location: This position is based out of Bangalore, India.
