It supports various teams and functions across Delta and is an integral part of our transformation agenda, working seamlessly with a global team to create memorable experiences for customers. Key Responsibilities: Leads special projects at DTH spanning thru parts of employee lifecycle, vendor management, hub compliance, safety and governance, collaborates closely with functions / leaders at DTH, ensures progress and monitors impact. Champions efforts to onboard new capabilities and extends hub support till business success criteria are met and new teams are established at DTH. Supports DTHs Quarterly (QBR) and Annual (ABR) governance calendar to report progress / updates to Deltas senior leadership team. Periodically gather market insights / benchmarking data on emerging trends among other GCC / Tier-1 IT organizations, analyze them against cost vs effort vs benefits, make recommendations on feasible initiatives to DTH Leadership team. Works closely with series of horizontal capabilities and initiatives like Tech Integration, Guild formation, COE setup and ensures support from DTH for high adoption. Support series of employment engagement activities including new joiner onboarding to orient team members on series of hub level initiatives and how to best engage. Act as a thought partner to DTH Leaders / Managers in helping them navigate challenges related to the hub to improve their ways of working and ensure teams focus on delivering value to core business. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) : Bachelors degree in any discipline 12 years of experience in Project Management including implementation and measuring impact. Proven track record of managing large projects cutting across various teams and capabilities in a MNC organization. 10 years of experience with a large technology/business consulting organization or a large global company, and understands business operations navigating teams like Legal, InfoSec, Employee Engagement, HR etc. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving ability with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations. Demonstrated experience developing relationships at all levels of an organization and working in an influential capacity. Experience working with diverse teams located across various countries. Highly adaptable, a driver of change, and capable of quickly rallying teams / peer groups. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including strong slide writing skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups. Good judgment and strong interpersonal skills. A track record of being able to connect as a trusted peer with partners, consultants and professional development colleagues. A non-hierarchical approach and collaborative style with the flexibility and ability to build consensus. Strong organizational and process management skills. Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding environment. Ability to work under pressure and find win/win solutions among stakeholders with different priorities. Ability to adhere to the highest professional standards, seek coaching and stand firm on decisions. Strong integrity, maturity, and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information.
