Summary : As a seasonedMedical Data Analyst 3, youll lead complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and drive evidence-based decision-making across the organization. Your expertise within theBusiness Insight and Analytics teamwill directly impact a successful Medical Evidence Generationportfolio of initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: Data Collection and Integration Statistical Analysis and Interpretation Healthcare Domain Knowledge Data Visualization and Reporting (Tableau) Collaboration and Communication Technical Skills (SQL, Python), Data Quality management, Analysis simplification and visualizations, Problem solving and Critical Thinking Familiarity with PredictiveModeling, clinical study milestones and operational metrics preferred. Conduct text analytics on unstructured internal and external systems. Ability to measure the value of Medical Evidence Generation. Cross-Functional stakeholder engagement and management across time-zones. Information consolidation and Data Quality Excellence. Team Management & Mentorship, Strategic Decision Making. Skills and competencies: Proficiency in data tools, software (Python, SQL) and data manipulation/visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau). Familiarity with Clinical Trial databases (clinical trial master systems) Understands study modalities and concepts. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint Leads project teams; influences strategic decisions. Integrate insights across data systems Experience: 5 years experience. Seasoned professional with experience leading complex projects, mentoring junior analysts, driving evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
