The roles and responsibility have been described as follows: Key Responsibilities Ability to lead a team that engages in all aspects of process automation (RPA) including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement using Agile Methodology Work with Business and RPA Leads to execute BPA/RPA initiatives by analysing and designing process workflows, building, testing and implementing BPA/RPA solutions and ensuring quality of the system. Work as a consultant to other Infosec departments conducting business process analysis and evaluation. Assess automation opportunities from technical standpoint and perform technical feasibility / due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution, Own Solution Design Document (SDD) or Technical Design Document (TDD) considering re-useability of the code/build components. Collaborate with other IT teams, architects to identify the right tech or solution to avoid redundancy and ensuring the proposed automation solutions are best fit. Thorough process analysis to be done to ensure the identified automation opportunity provides the intended business benefits Thorough understanding of technology, quality tools and process design; think "creatively" when formulating enhancements to existing processes; able to discover and fix errors in code. Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal and accommodate with frequent change, delays or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to information security compliance including privacy laws appropriate to the region. Participate in after hour escalations to assist on call team members. Requirement: Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline Minimum 6-9 years of work experience in advance RPA development skills using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate by following industry specific best practices in application support, cyber security, or regulatory compliance. Senior Developer candidates should have 4 years in Automation Development and 2 years in Architecture. Experience with .Net, Python, API, and JSON is required Senior Developer candidates must be open to working as both a developer and an architect, as outlined in the job description. This role does not involve people or project management Proficiency in English comprehension Executes architectural vision for all InfoSec IT systems through IT architecture projects and ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints. Experience in Python and NET Technologies such as C#, .Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services, N-Tier Architecture, including API's, LINQ query, JSON Handling, Excel Macro, GIT etc. Experience in Incident management and Tracking Tool such as ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Azure DevOps are essential. Should have experience of end-to-end RPA management and SDLC cycle using Agile methodology. Must have Architectural knowledge in MS Azure cloud servers, storage and firewall for port connectivity Should have worked on SQL Server and Microsoft Access DB Experience in Microsoft Power Apps Automation, Co-Pilot AI including Chatbots and Conversational AI, OCR tools and Power BI is an advantage Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation Development and technologies, especially around the RPA Tools Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment to design, build, and support RPA applications for Information Security process Should have a vision of addressing all current & future business needs by providing support on scalable RPA Solutions Should be able to interpret and translate Business requirement into a Technology solution Should be responsible to explore and understand new features in RPA, design concepts and organize technical session to the delivery team Responsible to drive RPA delivery team to follow best practices, conduct code reviews and workflow audit. Ability to review and approve the BPA process documents are meeting the Business standards Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE and Design Thinking Strong troubleshooting skills a must
