Job Description
Capabilities: Strong Experience in deploying campaigns Salesforce technology solutions Specifically SFMC Marketing Cloud Personalization with knowledge of the broader omnichannel ecosystem Salesforce CDP, Sales Cloud, Media DSPs/Ad Servers Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, AMPscript, SOQL and, Dynamic messaging scripts. Hands on experience with design/delivery of solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey builder, MC Personalization , Automation Studio Integration experience with web platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Customer Data Cloud. Experience with service support ticketing and configuration management such as JIRA and ServiceNow. Experience & Qualification requirements: 5-7 years of hands-on experience developing consent and campaign management solutions for Web, email, mobile Direct Mail, and other omni-channels Extensive experience with Journey builder, Contact builder and Content builder, automation studio in SFMC Experience in MCP to implement SDK integration with AEM, create Javascript beacons and develop site mapping by properly determining content zones, listeners, page types etc. Integration experience with SFMC, Salesforce Customer Data cloud , Veeva , Salesforce Core and other external systems Implement Complex data modeling to harmonize engagement data from the Web, Email, Mobile, and other Data Clouds to create unified profile of customers. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build strong partnerships. Deep analytical skills and logical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues. Ability to provide thought leadership and act as a technical subject matter expert for stakeholders Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for working in an omni-channel, cross cloud Salesforce environment and needs to have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) data architecture, campaigns and integrations. Work with website capability team, Business Stakeholders, agencies and vendors to understand the business context and use cases and translate the business cases into technical requirements. Guide best practices and use cases for real time retargeting and dynamic content personalization (Web, Email and Media Channels Implement MCP SDK integration with AEM commercial/medical websites, create site mapping, IS objects like categories, catalogue, segments, and recipes to drive personalization across web and other omni-channels. ETL Integrations across campaign management eco system to build unified view of a customer. Partners very closely with adjacent IT teams to ensure the delivery and operations of digital capabilities and that CCM capabilities are fully understood and leveraged. Matrix leadership of IT resources in other IT functions: responsible for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services. Key matrix IT partner functions include enterprise and data architecture, cyber security, application support & maintenance, program management, information & data management, collaboration services and infrastructure services.
