Senior Manager, SS&P Performance

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Procurement Strategy & Improvement Support the development of goals and objectives of the procurement department aligned to overall SS&P strategy includes annual reviews to set strategy for the year with regular updates throughout the year Gather inputs from key stakeholders within SS&P to develop multi-year strategic roadmap including key capability development programs, digital & technology roadmap, etc. Support the designing of the functional strategy, including ownership of scorecard and portfolio / investments Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes, policies, and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency Performance Scorecard & Maintenance: Support the end-to-end performance reporting of functional strategic roadmap via development of the SS&P and functional team scorecards, including development of metrics aligned to functional vision and strategic roadmap Manage ongoing reporting and monitoring of key metrics including liaising with key stakeholders across all of SS&P for progress updates, etc. Analyze performance trends, proactively identify potential shortfalls and risks and make fact-based recommendations to close gaps against targets Report status to leadership and functional area teams as appropriate Key Stakeholder Management Partner with a variety of global stakeholders to collect Procurement requirements and provide recommendations that align to overall SS&P strategy Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across SS&P in order to effectively create SS&P future state strategy and ensure accountability to goals and objectives of the function Qualifications Minimum Requirements: B.S./B.A. Minimum of 5-8 years work experience with at least 5 years in procurement Expertise in procurement processes, technology and systems (such as Ariba, Icertis ), contract and supplier analysis and management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier diversity, strategic planning and integrated supply chain. Demonstrated ability to partner with and manage internal stakeholders up to some senior leaders within a highly matrixed organization, working across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams. Strong understanding of data analytics, category management, project and performance management Procurement process knowledge, contract management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization, strategic planning and integrated supply chain experience Proficiency in English HYDIT LI-Hybrid
