The Impact you will Make in this Role: As a Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Partner with global project teams in customizing, developing, integrating, and extending model- driven and canvas approach Power Apps to meet clients needs. Work with technology and design teams to support clients- including providing multiple options for solving architecture/design issues and presenting pros/cons of each. Stay up to date on the latest features and capabilities of Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, and provide recommendations for their effective utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, business analysts, and business partners) across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. Handle a wide variety of non-routine and difficult inquiries where the solution is not immediately apparent requiring significant interpretation, analysis, and creativity. Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum)the following qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)from an accredited institution. 5-7 years of experience in systems design, application development, software engineering, or other related area in a private, public, government, or military environment 3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Apps (model-driven apps) and Dynamics CRM 365 Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with Power BI, Power Automate/Flow, C#, SQL, .Net, Python, Javascript, Azure components (such as Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory), plugin development, VSTS/Git, Forms customizations, DevOps pipelines, APIs, relational databases, Software as a Service (SaaS), and / or Platform as a Service (PaaS). Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, self-starter, and problem-solving skills.
