Lead the local launch of newly established capabilities as the organization continues to grow. Act as liaison between onshore and Global Competency Center teams in India. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship between onshore and offshore teams. Act as the local point of contact to support coordination of ANSR Legal, H.R., Finance, Tax, Real Estate, Security and any other services with the GCC provider. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Center, including monitoring of the following areas: Finance inclusive of the monthly FP&A activities - ensure non-payroll costs are consistent with other GCCs and market best practices. I.T., facility and other local operations to deliver a productive end-user experience and uninterrupted functioning of the Center. Vendor Management: Negotiate and set up new local suppliers, working with global teams (legal, H.R., finance) and the local partner in Hyderabad. Support optimization of offshore delivery processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with onshore objectives in coordination with all beneficiary teams. Be a champion of the Holman Way, supporting expanding the existing corporate culture to the new geography. Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams, conveying a clear understanding of onshore expectations, priorities, existing processes, and goals. As a result of GCC's key performance indicators (KPIs) related to offshore delivery, it implements continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with global teams. Support Learning & Development for offshore staff to grow their knowledge of needed technologies and processes. Effectively communicate Holman programs and capabilities using proper business acumen. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Provides input to and drives the implementation of the Global Delivery Network operating model to support the global I.T. organization. Actively engage with the technology ecosystem in Hyderabad to advance the company's employer value proposition in the country and identify partners that can aid in the underway technology transformation. Mentor new / emerging leaders across the Hyderabad organization. Support the development of programs that advance diversity, equity and inclusion goals. Support community engagement efforts. Develop plans to minimize attrition. Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
