Hospital Specialist (m/f/x) – Region: Umbria, Roma, Lazio Nord

To strengthen our Commercial Sales team in Italy , we are currently hiring a Hospital Specialist (m/f/x) – Region: Umbria, Roma, Lazio Nord (Fulltime / permanent) The Opportunity You are responsible for maximizing budget results in the assigned territory and ensure successful introduction of CSL products in line with our strategy. You will also contribute upon request to the CSL’s activities related to Market Access and Tender processes. The Role You will plan and duly implement the visit activity; You ensure complete scientific information to Physicians about CSL Behring’s products as stated by the Medical Dept; You guarantee the information about the drug requirements of the Treatment Centers You will monitor the drug availability in the Pharmacies (Hospital/ASL or private) and Wholesalers Upon request, you will provide administrative support for the execution of clinical studies in the area; If required, you will participate to the execution and organization of scientific congresses and meetings You support colleagues in the Market Access activity in the assigned territories, when required You take advantage from the CRM system in place and update it timely Your Skills and Experience: Scientific Degree, as required by Italian law for the job purposes. At least 3 years of experience in Drug Promotion of specialties in Hospitals Ideally, a significant experience in dealing with hospital’s Pharmacists and Personnel Admin. Knowledge of local processes and regulation on drug promotion Good knowledge of MS OFFICE, Multichannel communication approach (Teams & Zoom) and CRM systems (Veeva) Fluency in English is required Reporting Relationships: Role that this position reports to: Area Manager What we offer We offer an open-end contract (Tempo Indeterminato) regulated by the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico integrated by an outstanding benefit pack for the role as well as an annual merit reward process and individual development plan.
