Sales Coordinator 100% In this position you will: Be a point of contact for all subsidiaries, agents and sales engineers coordinating their sales efforts and monitoring their performance Facilitate the exchange between Sales and other departments within Synova, notably Production and Marketing Improve the internal processes advancing sales and marketing projects Prepare, report and monitor all Business and performance KPIs analysis (monthly sales forecasts, sales dashboard,…) Establish a Social Media Dashboard for the marketing department Prepare and review quotations and sales contracts Participate at commercial shows to communicate Synova value proposition for prospective customers Any other tasks in relation to sales as necessary For this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile: Business degree Time management and organizational effectiveness Flexible, ready and capable to travel from time to time Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English with excellent French abilities, both written and verbal.
