Site Supervisor

For the vacancy of site supervisor in the Oostkamp region, you will perform the following tasks: You will follow up the construction sites from A to Z. Starting from the work preparation, administration and effective site follow-up to delivery. You will realise large projects such as residential care centres, office buildings, residential projects, You control the workers and subcontractors to ensure that they follow safety restrictions on the sites. You motivate and support the site team and offer solutions where necessary. You participate in site meetings. In short, a combined function in which you spend /- 50% of your time on site visits. For the Site Supervisor position, we are looking for someone with the following capabilities; You have a technical degree or equivalent through experience A first experience is a requirement, ideally minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. You have leadership skills and experience in managing site workers. You communicate well in English, and have at least a moderate knowledge of Dutch. You have experience with specifications, bills of quantities and planning. You have a driving licence B. You are open to a combined position in which you spend /- 50% of your time in the office and 50% on site.
