Recruitment Consultant

We're seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and delivering contract and permanent staff to existing clients while also building new client relationships. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with schools and educators.

- Proactively match candidates to suitable roles (Sourcing and Headhunting)

- Conduct face-to-face client visits and sales conversations.

- Address challenges in education with innovative solutions.

- Meet and exceed targets consistently.

- Drive business development initiatives

- Handle recruitment administration tasks and reference checks

- Strong project management skills, including logical thinking, planning, execution, and follow-up.

What You'll Bring:

- Recruitment industry experience or proven sales and business development skills

- Ambition and a desire for long-term career growth

- Capability to thrive in a busy 360 role encompassing sales, service, and delivery

- Commitment to maintaining high standards in a team environment

- Excellent Talent-spotting abilities
