Join a Growing Reinforced Concrete Team!

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Estimator to join client's subcontractor firms. This division specializes in reinforced concrete frames and works with major Tier 1 contractors across London.

• Do you have a Right to Work in the UK?
• Do you have a Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent?

Are you a 'minted' estimator (someone new to the field but with the qualifications) looking to launch your career? This permanent, full-time role offers the perfect chance to learn from the best!

What you'll bring:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc) or a similar qualification. We'll also consider experience estimating in other sectors.
• Experience reviewing tender documents and creating bills of quantities.
• The ability to prepare handover materials and collaborate with design and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong IT and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to conduct site visits as needed.
• The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Solid references are a must.
