Our client is a leadingindependent lettings and property management specialist looking to expand their property team in Cambridge. They have a new opportunity for a Property Manager or experienced Lettings Negotiator.

As Property Manager, youll work with a team with an excellent track record managing a large portfolio across Cambridge and the surrounding towns and villages.

About the Role:

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for:

Liaising with landlords and contractors, organising property maintenance, property inspections, tenancy renewals, property viewings, carrying out rent reviews, authorising invoices and working closely with landlords to build relationships and ensure properties are let, maintained, and managed to a high standard.

About you:

Youll be a well-organised Property Manager with a can-do approach to customer service. Previous property management experience and local lettings knowledge of the Cambridge market are essential.

Opportunities are also available for Lettings Negotiators who have estate agency experience. Youll live locally to Cambridge and be happy working in town.

As Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator driving is essential for viewings.salary circa £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience and quals.
