Customer Care Administrator

We are delighted to be working with one of Scotland's largest developers as they look to add a Customer Care Administrator to their regional office in Edinburgh. Renowned for creating aspirational living spaces, you will be a key addition to their team, supporting the planned growth. You will join a well functioning customer care team dedicated to providing positive customer experiences every time.

As Customer Care Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as first line support by handling all incoming complaints / defects to be registered for new build homes on allocated developments.
• Promptly responding to customer enquiries and communicating through various channels.
• Logging of all defects on CRM system to ensure prompt action.
• Coordinating remedial contractors and seeing process through to conclusion / sign off.
• Following escalation process when necessary.
• Wider responsibility for any departmental administration tasks as and when required.

To be successful in your application you will need:

• A very strong work ethic with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• A calm and patient temperament.
• A good working knowledge of IT software.
• Previous customer service or call centre complaints handler experience is essential.
