Finance Solicitor

As a Finance Solicitor, you will work on diverse regional and international cases across various practice areas, developing a global mindset and engaging in innovative opportunities. The team excels in regulatory and tax interpretation for the fund management industry, setting up funds globally, and investing in various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the London-based team
• Handle a mix of city, international, and Scottish work
• Advise on alternative investment funds, closed-end funds, and asset management contracts

The successful candidate will have 0-3 years' PQE, ideally with experience in financial services/asset management. Candidates with a corporate/commercial background and a keen interest in asset management will also be considered.
