About the Role:

• Position: Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / CILEX


• Location: Cardiff


• Specialization: Residential Property


• Experience: 2+ years PQE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.


• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing.


• Manage sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.


• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties.


• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.


• Maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.


• Work collaboratively within the team and the wider firm.

What You Need:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE.


• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.


• Excellent client care and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
