Commercial Property lawyers NQ – 1 & 2 years’ PQE SOUTHAMPTON

Commercial law firm in Southampton is looking to recruit two Commercial Property lawyers – one of 0 to 1 years’ PQE and the other of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team acts for investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities and is highly regarded for its work. The work is broad-ranging and the successful candidates will be given an opportunity to work on a variety of matters, both autonomously and as part of the wider team. Types of matters you can expect to work on include: • supporting and/or taking full responsibility for deals by drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, licences, transfers, deeds, etc. (office, industrial and retail) • dealing with secured lending and corporate support transactions and working closely with the firm’s Banking, Corporate and Insolvency Teams • mixed use site development matters • undertaking due diligence tasks by reviewing and reporting on title, raising enquiries, reviewing searches and client support in conjunction with more senior fee earners.
