Prospero is supporting an SEN school located in Brent who are seeking SEN teachers to teach full-time in their state-of-the-art school. The school teach over 300 students education, health and care plan, and many of them have additional complex medical conditions or are diagnosed with Autism. School has a transdisciplinary approach that focuses on the development of each students communication skills, independence, and physical and artistic development.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND SEN TEACHER CONTRACT:
A medium-size SEN school
SEN Teacher taught at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4
The solid SLT who are supportive and on hand
Exceptional support staff both teaching assistants and carers
Supportive team and a strong leader
Outstanding CPD programme
Outstanding facilities - hydrotherapy pool, shop, garden to grow plants,
Department with a collaborative approach to planning, delivery, and assessment
Supportive yet high-energy atmosphere
This is a full-time position including planning and marking
Interviewing ASAP

THE RIGHT SEN TEACHER WILL BE:
Hold a degree and a teaching qualification
Confident or interested in teaching students with Special Needs
Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box

THE SUCCESSFUL SEN TEACHER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Exceptional degree
Teaching qualification
Eligibility to work in the UK
Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
Salary paid to scale - GBP190 - GBP250 per day Outer London pay
