A new position as a Senior Surveyor for a leading Housing Association in Birmingham has come available in the newly formed Investment Team, reporting into the Capital Investment Manager.

Senior Surveyor
£45,000 + £1,650 Car Allowance
Birmingham (Hybrid)
Permanent

Senior Surveyor duties:

• Tender and manage the external contractor on the planned maintenance streams
• Oversee the delivery of planned projects across the 3,400 stock
• Provide leadership and expert technical knowledge on surveying, building maintenance and investments
• Work alongside an Assistant Surveyor and a Compliance Team

Senior Surveyor requirements:

• Experience working with Contracts within Social Housing
• Experience with Planned Works
• A good understanding of report writing
• Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject
