Location: York

Salary: Starting salary from £29,250 dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week working Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm

Are you a passionate and committed Nursery Manager looking for a new challenge? Yorkshire Education is looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Manager for a permanent contract at a Private Day Nursery in York.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification and relevant Maths qualification
• Experience of working with 0-5 year olds with an understanding of good quality childcare
• Up to date knowledge of childcare legislation
• Proven experience of managing and motivating a team
• Proven budget management
• Proven employee management
• The ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people
• Commitment to fulfil wider professional responsibilities
• Build and maintain appropriate relationships with staff, students, and outside agencies.
