What They’re Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field: Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Commitment: Commitment to the two-year scheme and to continue your professional qualifications with the business. Problem-Solving ability: Think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on. Communication Skills: Articulate and confident in presenting ideas and financial information to all levels. Integrity: Somebody who can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no one is looking. Team Player: Collaborative friendly attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and have fun whilst doing it. Flexible: The opportunity will see you work across a number of UK locations both day to day and for fixed periods (which could include being based from Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Redhill, Crewe, etc).
