The Role:

As Inside Sales Development Representative you will be...

• Driving the adoption of cutting-edge Digital Learning technologies, acting as a strategic consultant for clients' learning requirements.
• Independently manage lead generation and qualification, ensuring a robust client pipeline.
• Showcase industry-leading products through engaging digital demonstrations and webinars.
• Negotiating and closing deals!

About You:

• Proven sales or customer service experience, or a recent graduate with a passion for sales!
• Innate talent for building strong business relationships and fostering rapport with ease.
• Demonstrates natural curiosity, skillfully asking insightful questions to align with clients' needs and match them with products
• Embodies a proactive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities and delivering tangible results.

The Package:

• £26,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
• HYBRID - St Albans (3 days per week)
• 25 days of annual leave, plus your birthday
• Regular social events and activities!
