AJB Group is an accredited and well-respected Arboricultural Contractor based in Thame, Oxfordshire. We provide a range of services including tree surgery, arb consultancy, biomass production and supply, and vegetation management. As part of our expansion, we are looking to grow our portfolio of client services across the UK.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager at AJB Group. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client management, and closing deals. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Previous B2B experience is a must
• Experience in the Arboricultural or related industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
