Contracts Manager

Your new company
Our client provides a full range of services across the civils, drilling, renewables and environmental sectors. Offering clients a professional, and fully bespoke service. Their Head Office is based in Bedfordshire, but the role will encompass all projects throughout the UK.

Your new role
As a permanent Contracts Manager, your role will be to oversee multiple projects nationwide. Projects vary in value from small works at £30k to larger projects up to £2.5m. Experienced in trenching, groundworks, footings. Currently, they have two large factory storage unit projects in Manchester and smaller projects around Luton. You will be reporting to the divisional Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
Civils qualifications would be preferable, but not essential. A proactive person who is able to take the initiative and make decisions, able to liaise at all levels and someone who is happy to travel nationwide will be the ideal candidate.
