THE SENIOR SEO MANAGER ROLE:

Joining as our Senior SEO Manager you will be responsible for running and growing key SEO clients within the agency. You will support SEO reporting as part of an integrated performance marketing solution, ensuring that reports align with client objectives and performance-related contracts. Your role will involve creating efficiencies by automating reports, allowing you to focus on delivering insights and value to clients. You will develop bespoke organic reporting solutions, set up and audit GA4 properties, and define custom tracking and dataLayer requirements for website builds. Additionally, you will configure goals through Google Tag Manager and create automated Looker Studio dashboards. Developing comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing technical, on-site, content marketing, outreach, site migrations, local SEO, multilingual SEO, and digital PR will be key. You will ensure your SEO clients have a clear strategy and roadmap, manage accounts effectively, and collaborate with other departments to integrate SEO considerations into all projects. Additionally, you will contribute to new business initiatives, provide service overviews for new business conversations, represent SEO in qualified new business activities, and help grow the SEO department through industry reports, metrics databases, case studies, and testimonials.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• 3+ years industry experience within an agency
• Skills and experience in: SEO, Strategy, Digital PR, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, Pitching, Client Communication, Technical SEO, On-page & Off-page
