Job Description

Our client is an Energy solutions provider operating globally, combining technology and renewable energy platforms to address world energy issues. They are seeking an HR Generalist to join their Perth office.



  • Permanent, full-time position.

  • 1 Day WFH .

  • Central CBD, with full access to gym facilities.


Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the successful candidate will operate as a true HR Generalist, contributing to the full employee lifecycle, delivering effective and efficient HR programs and processes.

Responsibilities include:



  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, and applicant communication.

  • Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees and contractors.

  • Organise and maintain records for employee movements and changes, including the production and updating of organisational charts.

  • Prepare essential HR documents such as employment contracts, new employee packs, and induction materials.

  • Facilitate training and development initiatives, including course bookings, attendee coordination, and attendance tracking.

  • Maintain HRIS and document management systems, ensuring accurate data entry and management.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics, utilising HR data to inform decision-making.

  • Liaise with external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.


Skills and experience required:



  • Proficient in administrative tasks, with a focus on data and document control within an HR or payroll function.

  • Understanding of fundamental Human Resources Management concepts, and Legislation and their application in the workplace.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to drive projects to completion.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a consultative problem-solving approach.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including exposure to Power BI and HRIS Document management systems.

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
