About the role

We are looking for a Training Facilitator to join the growing team on a full-time, 12- month fixed term contract.

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering training programs for all levels of the Elders business. The focus will be on ensuring that the systems modernisation program incorporates contemporary, customer-focused training that can be delivered through a range of channels. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the change engagement team on the training strategy and approach for each implementation within the business change project.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs, including undertaking needs assessments, and developing tailored programs.

  • Contribute to the development of new programs, resources/materials, delivery methods; and review existing practices.

  • Assist the change engagement team in ensuring that all employees have a positive experience with user adoption in their new ways of working.

  • Engage with and present information to relevant stakeholders to promote key program activities.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in education/training.

  • Previous stakeholder management experience in an advisory level role or above.

  • Training program facilitation skills and experience.

  • Someone who can communicate with confidence and knows how to manage change resistance.

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.

  • Previous major digital transformation experience will be highly regarded.

  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.

  • Experience working within or an understanding of the Agricultural sector (desirable).
