Civil Construction Operator

Our Client are seeking experienced Civil Construction Operators for an exciting opportunity working outdoors located in Martin.

This opportunity offers career progression and is Monday to Friday 10 - 12 hour shifts starting from 5:30am, with an immediate start and a competitive hourly rate of $37 per hour.

This opportunity involves but are not limited to the duties below:

• Operating a variety of mobile plant machinery including Haul Trucks, Water Carts, Excavators, Skid Steers, Loaders, and Dump Trucks.


• Proven experience within Civil Construction operations.


• Routine maintenance of plant machinery


• Conducting safe manual handling of raw materials

To be successful in a role with Programmed you must possess the following:

• Current C Class Driver's Licence.


• Minimum of 6 months operating experience


• HR Licence (Minimum)


• High Risk Licence.


• Construction Induction Card (White Card).


• Have a current National Police Clearance.


• Experience in mining (desirable)


• Be available for an immediate start,


• Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
