Job Description

Our client in the Residential Building sector is currently seeking a highly organised, results orientated Scheduler to coordinate resources, manage schedules, and foster strong relationships in their team.



  • Permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities include:



  • Compile accurate 'Bill of Quantities' ensuring materials and resources align with the construction plan.

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to support the build process.

  • Create and issue purchase orders, checking invoices for accuracy and processing payments.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with Construction Supervisors, assisting with variations and requisitions.

  • Monitor construction progress through our works management system and resolve scheduling issues.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.


Skills and experience required:



  • Previous experience in scheduling or construction coordination in the Western Australian Building Industry.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in works management systems.

  • Strong Mathematic and analytic skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management ability.

  • Commitment to safety and risk management practices.
