This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile life sciences contracts in Cambridge. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development.

Based on a large research park near Cambridge the mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday. You will be part of a maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS Operation

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Package

• £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8-5
• 25 days holiday
• Pension package
