Housing Project Lead

We are currently looking for a Temporary Housing First Project Lead. This role is pivotal in managing tenancies for individuals with complex needs, helping to address homelessness and improve lives.

Job Title: Housing First Project Lead
Location: Nottingham
Contract type: Temporary 3 Month Contract potential for extension
Hourly Rate: £29-31/hr Umbrella
Working week: Monday to Friday 9-5pm Hybrid working 2-3 Days WFH

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage tenancy issues, including antisocial behaviour and enforcement
• Support new tenants in the Housing First programme
• Conduct end-to-end casework management
• Develop and implement Housing Management plans
• Ensure properties meet the needs of tenants

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, and other welfare benefits
• Understanding of housing services and antisocial behaviour legal frameworks
• Experience working with multi-agency teams and maintaining effective relationships
• Ability to work with challenging behaviours and make timely decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
