The Senior Delivery Programme Manager is part of our Technology Digital and Data team, supporting a key Transformation Programme. In this role, you'll be accountable for digital workstreams, ensuring that the Distribution business meets customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading specific transformational programs critical for meeting our net zero ambition.
• Managing multiple solution technical delivery teams to create sustainable business solutions and desired outcomes for Distribution.
• Implementing best practice methodologies, controlling costs, and ensuring effective resourcing.
• Managing operational aspects, including risk, legal, security, and compliance.
• Overseeing the quality assurance and governance of key Digital delivery.

The Senior Programme Delivery Manager will handle dependencies, realize objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders up to CxO level. Experience with large-scale digital programs and stakeholder management is essential.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we'd like you to have:

• Extensive change/transformation experience, including planning, execution, and meeting business value outcomes.
• Experience delivering digital programs in complex organizations (preferably regulated), with budgeting experience.
• Strong leadership capability in Project and Programme management.
• Effective stakeholder management, including collaboration with third-party vendors and multiple delivery teams.
