Lead Project Manager - Construction Company - Permanent Opportunity

We're currently partnering with a renowned Construction company who are looking to bolster their IT project team. Leading a small delivery team, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver on a wide range of tech-enabled change projects and develop standards across the IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the project team, leading them to deliver excellence.
• Establish and embed project management standards, processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Essential skills

• Must have previously led delivery teams and have line-management experience
• Familiar with a variety of methodologies (both waterfall and agile)
• Experience delivering technology and business change projects

Salary: £80,000-£92,000 + excellent benefits.

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office.
